As we near the end of Phase 2, today was a significant milestone in the project. It marked the first time all components of the system—landing page, chatbot, voice agent, HubSpot CRM, Facebook lead generation ads, and the newly completed FAQ eBook—were tested as a cohesive unit.
Seeing everything work together highlighted the progress made since Day 1 and the effort invested in creating a functional system. While there are still areas to refine, the foundation is solid, and the system is well on its way to achieving its goals.
Tomorrow will close Phase 2, focusing on final tweaks before moving into Phase 3 (Days 22–30), dedicated to finalization, scaling, and launch.
System Review: How It’s Coming Together
Landing Page
The landing page is now fully optimized and serves as the system’s front door. Key features include:
- HubSpot Form Integration: Captures user information directly into the CRM for immediate processing.
- Call-to-Actions (CTAs): Encourages users to take actionable steps like scheduling calls or downloading resources.
- Responsive Design: Ensures the site functions seamlessly across devices.
Chatbot and Voice Agent
The chatbot and voice agent have reached their MVP (Minimum Viable Product) stage:
- The chatbot is effective for addressing basic inquiries, collecting contact details, and guiding users toward next steps.
- The voice agent can handle scripted responses, schedule appointments, and transfer calls if needed.
These tools are functional but will continue to improve with iterative refinements in Phase 3.
HubSpot CRM Integration
HubSpot is fully operational as the system’s central hub for lead management, organized into two pipelines:
- Deal Pipeline: Tracks real-life milestones, such as property evaluations and offers.
- Automation Pipeline: Handles paid leads from Facebook ads, ensuring structured follow-ups.
Data flows into HubSpot from:
- Landing Page Forms
- Facebook Ads via Make
- Manual Entries
Facebook Lead Generation Ads
The Facebook lead generation ads are live and performing well within Canada’s Special Ad Category for housing. A/B testing is ongoing to optimize:
- Ad Creatives: Images and messaging are being tested for engagement.
- Headlines: Comparing variations like “Sell Your Home Fast for Cash” vs. “Get Your No-Obligation Cash Offer.”
- Call-to-Actions (CTAs): Testing “Learn More” vs. “Get Your Cash Offer.”
Finalizing the FAQ eBook
One of today’s significant achievements was completing the FAQ eBook, a core digital product designed to provide value to potential leads.
Key Features of the FAQ eBook
- Comprehensive Content:
- Covers common questions about selling homes for cash, including topics like selling as-is, understanding cash offers, and expected timelines.
- Visual Enhancements:
- Includes illustrations created using MidJourney, Recraft, and Flux AI to simplify complex topics and make the document visually engaging.
- Strategic Design:
- Structured to serve as an evergreen resource that can be repurposed for future campaigns.
Why It Matters
The eBook builds trust and positions the system as an authority in the real estate space. It’s also a tangible example of how automation tools can create high-value resources efficiently.
First Impressions: A Functional System with Potential
Testing the entire system revealed its strengths and areas for improvement:
- Strengths:
- Seamless lead capture and organization through HubSpot.
- Functional chatbot and voice agent ready to support users.
- A completed FAQ eBook as a polished digital product.
- Areas for Refinement:
- Tweaking chatbot responses for more natural conversations.
- Adjusting ad creatives based on early performance data.
- Fine-tuning the flow between lead capture and follow-ups.
What’s Next: Closing Phase 2 and Starting Phase 3
Tomorrow, I’ll focus on:
- Smoothing Out Final Details: Ensuring all components operate seamlessly before Phase 3 begins.
- Preparing for Go-Live: Coordinating the system’s final stages, including scaling workflows and refining messaging.
Phase 3 will take the project to its ultimate goal: launching a scalable, functional system that combines automation and personalization to streamline real estate workflows.
Final Thoughts
Day 20 was a day of progress and reflection. Seeing the system work cohesively was a reminder of how much has been achieved since Day 1. From conceptualizing workflows to building functional tools, the project has transformed into something tangible and effective.
With the FAQ eBook completed and all major components operational, the project is well-positioned for the final phase. Tomorrow’s focus will be on fine-tuning and ensuring everything is ready for the next step: going live.
