As we close Phase 2, today’s focus was on revisiting and refining the landing page content and design. With the other components—lead generation, CRM, chatbot, and voice agent—performing within or beyond expectations, it was time to shift attention to the landing page.
Reflecting back on Day 1, when the project began with tool selection and goal setting, it’s rewarding to see how far the system has come. While challenges remain, today was about embracing creativity and leveraging AI to deliver a polished, inspiring user experience.
System Status: What’s Working and What’s Not
Lead Generation
The Facebook ads are performing well, with leads flowing seamlessly into HubSpot through automated workflows. The A/B testing has helped refine ad elements, and the pipeline for tracking milestones is functioning as planned.
HubSpot CRM
The CRM integration is robust and organized, ensuring leads are categorized and tracked for follow-up. Both the deal pipeline and the automation pipeline are effective in managing workflows.
Chatbot
The chatbot, while functional, isn’t fully meeting my expectations. This is largely due to the limited time allocated to building and fine-tuning it. Despite this, it collects essential information and guides users reasonably well.
Voice Agent
Surprisingly, the voice agent exceeded my expectations, even though I initially approached this feature with low confidence. It’s proving to be a capable assistant, handling queries and scheduling with surprising reliability.
Revisiting the Landing Page
The landing page, while functional, didn’t feel compelling. The issue wasn’t the AI tools—it was my approach. I wasn’t pushing AI to its full potential.
Recreating the Content with AI
I revisited my original prompt and enhanced it with specific guidance:
“Please make the copy inspiring and respectable. Please use Apple as inspiration.”
The result was remarkable. The new copy was not only polished but also aligned with the tone I envisioned—professional, approachable, and engaging.
Optimizing the Design
With the content finalized, I turned my attention to the visual design. I asked AI for a colour scheme that included:
- Primary Colours: For the main elements.
- Secondary Colours: To create contrast and support the primary colours.
- Accent Colours: To highlight key actions and CTAs.
Plugging these into the design tools made the process seamless. I finally allowed myself to have fun with the project’s creative side, weaving the colour scheme and content into a cohesive user experience (UX).
Designing for Inspiration and Functionality
Today was a reminder that good design isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about crafting an experience that feels seamless and intuitive. Some changes included:
- Enhanced Visual Hierarchy: Prioritizing important elements like the CTA and lead form.
- Intuitive Navigation: Ensuring mobile and desktop users can easily find what they need.
- Polished Aesthetic: Incorporating clean, modern visuals inspired by top-tier brands.
This renewed focus on UX elevated the landing page to match the system’s overall goals.
Looking Ahead: Phase 3 Begins Tomorrow
With Phase 2 wrapping up, Phase 3 will focus on:
- Detailed System Review: Conducting a thorough end-to-end test to identify and address any lingering issues.
- Final Tweaks: Making small adjustments to ensure every component is optimized for launch.
- Scaling and Launch Preparation: Refining workflows, updating SEO, and coordinating the go-live strategy.
Final Thoughts
Day 21 was a turning point in the project, shifting from functionality to refinement and inspiration. By revisiting the landing page and pushing AI tools to their fullest potential, the project took a significant leap forward.
Reflecting on Day 1, it’s clear how much has been achieved. From initial planning to the system now standing on the brink of launch, the journey has been transformative. Tomorrow marks the beginning of Phase 3, a phase dedicated to perfection and readiness.
